booked your medical appointment call us at the earliest
opportunity to request transport. |

| The telephonist
will ask for: • Your name and address • Place, date and time of your appointment • If you use a walking aid • If you are travelling alone or accompanied The telephonist will then find a driver available for your appointment and you will be called back with a confirmed pick-up time. (We are sometimes available for weekend appointments but you must call our switchboard on a weekday to make the booking) |
