Who are we, and what do we do?

Friends of Ferring is a non-profit
Association of community minded volunteers, helping their
Ferring neighbours who have difficulty reaching medical
appointments.
For the last 30 years our volunteers, using their own cars, have
been operating a Patient Transport Service, helping patients to
reach their appointments at Sussex hospitals, surgeries, clinics
and other medical establishments stretching between Chichester
and Brighton.
Friends of Ferring is an unfunded Association and we make no
charge for our services, but of course, we do have costs such as
fuel, telephones, insurance, etc, for which we rely wholly upon
donations.
Your donations are welcome and appreciated and for this purpose
your driver will offer a Friends of Ferring envelope at the end
of each journey.
