(excludes bank holidays and Christmas/New Year)
In order to arrange the most suitable transport for you, the telephonist will ask:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your telephone number
- Location, date and time of your appointment
- Whether you use a walking aid
- Whether you are travelling alone or accompanied
The telephonist will then arrange an available driver with a suitable vehicle and call you back with a confirmed pick-up time.
We are occasionally able to assist with weekend appointments, but you must call during weekday opening hours to arrange this.
If you are unable to contact the operator, please call again on the next available weekday between 9:30am and 11:30am.
